North Star Rx Training Solutions was founded by a pharmacist and pharmacy technician program instructor who partnered with a computer science professional to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world pharmacy practice. Drawing upon firsthand experience training pharmacy personnel, we develop simulation-based tools designed to help learners build confidence and develop practical skills before entering clinical rotations, externships, or employment.

Our mission is to bridge that gap. We've developed a state-of-the-art simulation platform that mirrors the fast-paced environment of a real pharmacy.
